It’s pretty common to have one foot bigger than the other. Usually it's a big deal, unless they’re considerably different in size with one foot extremely larger than the other.
You can easily notice this when you're buying shoes... one usualy fits better than the other (if you are observant).
I know this, because I work for a Shoe making company!
(I design the ads, but the production manager have told me lots of stories about this)

First, you should know that 60% of the population have different size feet that we will pick up when measuring. Contrary to popular belief, the left foot is 80% of the time, the larger foot. It is explained that 80% of the population is right hand dominant. That to do any work, you can not lift with the right hand and the right foot forward. Everything is in the same plain and unbalanced. Instead you put your right hand forward and your left foot forward. This creates a three legged stool or tripod and is stable for lifting. It also exercises the foot opposite the dominant hand more, thus the slight variance in the size of the feet.

First, what is really "normal"? I have a foot that is a 1/2 size bigger than the other. I would not be worried. I think it is a common thing.

Most people probably do and usually it's a very slight difference...just enough to make buying a pair of shoes a pain. You have to buy shoes for the larger foot, thereby making one shoe too big for the other foot.

Almost universal. The size difference depends on the person. Mine are about a shoe size different but I have extenuating circumstances.

No one is completely bi-semetrical. Some are more one sided then others. My left boob is bigger than my right.
If you have two different shoe sizes than that is particularly unusual. Otherwise, ferget about it!

Yep, many people have that problem, but if more than a shoe size then you may want to ask a doctor.
