My husband and I had trouble with that bank too and alot of other people I know have had trouble with them as well. Don't bother complaining just switch banks.

its because of your aproach. if you aproach them like a crybaby you won't get good service. if you aproach them as an adult with clear expectations of what you want done you will be treated like an adult. I deal with bank of america and i have no problems with them or their customer service. If you continue your immature, helpless attitude you will continue to be helpless. In my job, i sometimes have to deal with customers. the ones that know what they want are the ones who get their problem solved. the ones that can't articulate what they want, dont know what they want, or expect me to read their minds and figure it out get put on hold or told to go somewhere else and wait for help. and they are not helped, ever.

seems to me that I sent a question to them via. their "contact us" (the email method was buried in there somewhere) about six months ago. Haven't gotten a reply yet.
