I'm an "over" person myself. My b/f is "under." I think we need to install another TP dispenser so we can both be satisfied (Nah, not really... it's a funny idea though.)

Oh yeah, could "Under" people tell me why you prefer it that way? Doesn't make much sense to me...

This is how I solved this issue with my wife:
Take a look at any design imprinted on the roll, whether they are paper towels or toilet paper. The designs that definitely have an "up" and "down" print can only be displayed "over". The "under" puts the images upside down. Case solved!

I am a toilet paper over person myself. Just wish I had A maid like in a hotel to fold it in a point every time someone used it. Like getting a little surprise every time you reach for the tp. LOL

I like it over as well. Actually, on the dispenser is good enough in my house. My son either uses it all and leaves it empty, or my husband puts the roll on top of the dispenser...lol. If and when he actually puts it on, it is usually under and I have to change it. Lol, I used to change it at my mom's too, funny how things drive you nuts that are so trivial.

The paper goes OVER, that's why the flowers are on that side! Anyway, if you put it under, the beginning of the paper is always on the back, or hanging down all funny, flapping in the breeze....

Over of course,my husband is an under and we have had some serious debates about it,I am proud to say all 3 of my teens are overs!!

over. you can place your hand on the roll and do a cleaner rip with it over. If it's under, you're holding the roll still on the opposite side of where you're ripping, so you have more chance of a messy tear, and you get shredded tp. And shredded tp = stinky fingers. :(

Over is definitely better. But I had a friend breakup with his mate over this issue. They were arguing all the time, and flipping the paper. I thought it was a joke, but it wasn't.

Over, I was always told poor people put it under, Don't know why Just something my grandma said once so I go with a nice fold ontop !
