I have a friends with benefits, how do i get to go out with him even though he's 23.?

I don't know why but i like him and he likes me but he feels that i am too young, i understand that, but i also want to date him but keep it secret.

i am 17, going on 18 and he says that he wants to wiat for me In til I am 18.

How old are you? There's nothing wrong with seeing someone, so long as it's legal. If your 17-18, I'd say give it a year or so, lay off the benefits and see how the friendship goes, just to make sure the relationship isn't purely physical.

But if your any younger then 16-17, thenyou are too young, even he says it himself. Attraction and infatuation can often blind true feelings and you may be falling into something you don't really want or will regret years down the road.

I can understand how it is easy to be attracted to an older man, but i'd say to end it for your sake. Especially since he doesn't want to do it, and you'd need to keep it a secret. If yo can't be in an open relationship with someone, then whats the point of dating?

Just make sure that he is not using you.
