cardio...it's the only way to get rid of them...and watch what you eat/drink. You can get this info anywhere in any fitness magazine, people just choose to not listen to the advice cause doing exercise is boring to a lot of people and they don't want to do it. SOOOO they keep asking the question hoping that they'll find an easier solution to getting the same results.

the nice nutrition to do is a low carb nutrition. And as for physical activities do sum go crunches three units of 15reps, additionally plenty of excessive cardo (stroll 2minutes,then dash{if feasible} for 15yds then jog it out for a minute and a part; two-three units)and also you must be watching beautiful well in two-three weeks.

start drinking more water, eating lean meats and lots of servings of good-for-you vegetables. situps and such will help build muscle, but to burn off that fat you have to do aerobic exercise like running/jogging/biking... i do aerobic exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week and that's what does the trick to help me lose weight.

cardio and side bends...also sit ups and crunches help! Do at least one hour exercise a day.

virgin coconut oil , 3 table spoons a day will help burn the fat off. it worked for me

do twists . they're easy & it works . also cross sit-ups oppisite arms to knees.
