Do them clockwise, otherwise you will get dizzy and risk crashing the 'am.'

Trade it in for something with rear wheel drive. You can't do doughnuts in a FWD car.

Some bozo was doing reverse doughnuts in one at the Wal-Mart parking lot a couple of weeks ago and managed to flip it onto its roof. It's a pretty lame ride for doing anything fun in...

Couldn't reply to your e-mail cuz you haven't verified your e-mail addie. Here's what I tried to send:

Yeah, about p*ssed myself when 'Junior' trashed his ride. To do doughnuts you just need a rear wheel drive car. Any Benz or Bimmer. RX-8. Miata or MR-2. Or whatever. A manual trans helps but isn't critical. Pickups and SUVs will do them but flip way to easily.

Hell, a Crown Vic police package has a Mustang GT engine, trans and suspension and holds a boatload of people and does impressive doughnuts. And it's certainly different from your run-of-the-mill street-racer.

Hop in your car and head to the nearest doughnut shop! :D I'll take mine with sugar sprinkles. :)
Seriously though...don't know, never done it. ...but it can be done with front wheel drive. I was reading about it earlier on another question. Look for the question about how to use the parking brake.

You don't. It's front wheel drive. It can whip around in reverse though. That can be fun. Actually, if you use your e-brake around a corner, that can get the rear end to come out. But don't do that unless you are on gravel or ice unless you want to wear out your e-brake in a hurry.

just drive backwards about 10 feet, cut the wheel either way, and floor it, you'll spin right around.
do it in an empty parking lot or on dirt first though.
or if you have a handbrake, cut a corner, rip it on quick, and floor it and cut the wheel. i managed to do forward donuts like that in my firefly.

Wrong, wrong, wrong........ the best way to do donuts is with milk, DUH!!!!!!!! (Except for law enforcement personnel, who are required to drink coffee with theirs.)

But, as far as the car goes, I'd guess doin' donuts will lose its appeal as soon as you have to start buying your own tires.

Grow up!
