Go where he would be. Jocks go to games, drunks go to bars, boys go to video parlors and malls.
School is a good place, particularly college, to find a guy with potential. Work is a good place to meet a guy with some substance (and probably a wife and kids).
There are many, many, many men who will work out good as mates/partners. There are many more that would be fine as friends and lovers. Soul mates are rarer and best taken and held onto firmly. Endurance thru trial and trouble makes a soul mate. That and time. Soul mates are made not found.

You just find who works for you. I don't beleive there is a soul-mate. There are numerous people out there that could be a life partner for you. You just have to get on the dating scene and start weeding them out.

Open your eyes and your heart and see what happens. Just remember what it was that you were originally looking for and try not to compare the new partner to any of the old partners. Every one is unique.

If your searching you'll never find him. He will come to you when you least expect it.
