You set up an equation like this:

1/3000 = x/100 {set it up like a fraction tho, one number on top of the other instead of sideways like the computer makes me} cross multiply from bottom to top 100x1, then divide by 3000 to get x. You can check it by cross multiplying the bottom on the left times the top on the right and vice versa. They should result in the same # (1 x 100 =100 and 3000 x .0333 = 100).
