Do you realize snails can reproduce on their own??? As exciting as this may seem, get the snails out of your tank asap!!! Someone gave me 3 snails once and within months I had several hundred of them. THEY WERE EVERYWHERE!!! You are going to be over flowing with snails very soon. Try really hard to get all the snails out before you have a snail aquarium. hehe

Otherwise......yeah, sounds like could be baby snails on the sides. Considering how quickly they mutliply I'm not sure if congrats are in order but, Congrats anyway!!! hehe

If they are mystery snails, you are in luck. You can sell or trade them back to the fish store for food or whatever you can make a deal for. Were the eggs under water or on the side or lid of the tank above the water line? Eggs above the water is good... eggs under water is bad.

If they are those nasty red ramshorn or common pond snails you are in trouble. Start squishing them now and hope your fish develop an appetite for squished snails. Otherwise, start picking them out and toss them in the trash. Or freeze them, that is the most humane way to dispose of aquatic life. Don't flush them! They will live in the pipes and cause problems. Don't ever flush live fish either, there is not enough water in sewer pipes to keep a fish alive, they just lay there and gasp until they die in a heap of.... you know what.

The little white thing could be snails or some sort of flat worm. Generally baby snails are black, or clear. (Does the color of the main body of the adult snails match this color?) Note that if you have ramshorn snails you're in trouble as they breed like crazy. Apple/mystery/trapdoor snails are a bit more manageable.

I've had snails in my tank before and became sorry I introduced them , the little white things you see swimming around are actually parasites common to snails, they can really mess up your tank. I'd recommend getting rid of the snails all together myself.

The white things are probably bugs because baby snails are usually clear.

IF THEY ARE MYSTERY SNAILS THEN I WOULDN'T FREAK OUT IF THEY ARE JUST THE REGULAR BROWNISH BLACKISH SNAILS YOU BETTER START SCOOPIN THEM OUT EGGS AND ALL. THE SNAILS WILL TAKE OVER YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE IN THE SIDE OF YOUR AQUARIUM. THE LITTLE WHITE THINGS ARE PARASITES TREAT YOUR TANK OR THEY WILL HARM YOUR FISH TOO. ALL BABY SNAILS START CLEAR AND WILL START TO CHANGE COLORS AFTER ABOUT A MONTH. HOPE THIS HELPS
