If I was taking a bath and needed to pee, yes I would get out of the bath to go take a pis$ on the toliet. However, while in the shower I just pi$s in the shower.
As for dumps, the answer is always get out of the bath or shower to go to the toliet.

It doesn't really matter... the poop and pee both end up at the same place in the end... i never take baths or showers anyways...
