Sorry I didn't answer sooner - I have vision problems. Plus it takes me a while to type with this hair all over my palms.
These are just myths. If anything, masturbation would wear the hair OFF your palms (if you're male).
Next time someone says either one of these, just laugh and tell them to get real. Masturbation is normal and healthy.
