okay i took a hpt like everyone had told me in my other question.
and the one line showed u dark like normal indecating that the test worked. but the second line that tells u if ur pregnant or not was prity faint. but it was there. what exactly does this mean? i already plan on taking another test in a few weeks or so. cause see i have a problam with the pregnancy hormone in my body not being very strong at the begining but the doctor said its normal

I had a faint line with both my pregnancies, faint or not it is there. I would say the cause is that the hormone level is low, but still high enough to be picked up.

You are pregnant, when I took my first pregnancy test, the like was so faint that it had to be seen under a lamp light and even like that it was still very very faint, however it was there, I tested 2 days later because I know the hcg duplicates every other day and the line was much darker! So I believe you are pregnant, however there is something I do not understand in your question you say that the hcg is not strong at the beginning? have you been pregnant before? I don't think there is a way to tell unless you are pregnant. Anyway congrats!

I had the same problem with my first pregnancy, and in my second I found out at a doctors appointment even before I missed my period. But anyways that means that you are most likely pregnant, but I would wait a few more weeks to take another to be sure. And you could also set up a doctors test to get your blood drawn because once you find that out for sure they will need you to do it any way. Good luck and congrats.

my lines were ALWAYS very dark...not saying you'd be the same. I've also heard to take the test fist thing in the morning...for some reason they are more accurate then. Good luck!

Try taking it again another morning and make sure you read it in the time allowed. The line should get progressively darker each day that you take it....if you are pregnant.

if it was colored like the control line (either with pink or blue dye), it's a positive. if it's grayish or it just looks like something's there but you can't quite tell, that's most likely an evaporation line and should be read as a negative.

on HPT any sign of a second line is usually means theres a chance of pregnancy...

its called a ghost line. If it is white then no your not preg....but even the faintest line of pink (or whatever olor it is supposed to be) then I would say that your preg.
