Happy Anniversary first of all.
Want a cool idea? I tried this with my wife and she loved it. I took the garage and covered the walls and ceiling in a dark cloth. Mostly to hide all the clutter & the garage door opener. Then I took out the Christmas lights and strung them up. I then put up a table 2-chairs, and some decor and brought in a portable CD player that played light music. Ran to our favorite italian restaraunt got dinner and a bottle of wine.
You can take it from there .. i'm sure. ;-)
How is that for cutesy?

since i am not sure where you live this is a generalized answer. make a "picnic dinner" of all his favorite foods , or foods from different special occasions you have shared. Like something you ate on your first date, the anniversary dinner, the night he purposed , ect .. and eat it on a secluded part of the beach , in the mountains, by the lake , or a place that is special to you both . Not sure if this will work for you , but good luck and i hope i was of some help!

Nothing. You have an anniversary date to celebrate now in your being a couple. That should be the day you focus on from now and until whenever. Don't take the joy out of that day or essence out of that day.

I would plan on trying to do something sexy for him to show him that it is a new marriage even though you have been together for a longer period, let him know by your actions that the marriage is still fresh, surprise him when he comes in through the door.

Go to the beach, get clamcakes and beer, sit on a blanket and remind each other how lucky you are to have one another after all these years.
Happy Anniversary !
