I think AOL had to pay roughly $182 billion in stock and debt to gain control of Time Warner. At the time AOL had a market cap of $82 Billion and TWX $164 Billion plus the debt of course which made TWX worth $182 Billion.

So you can say it made a $350 Billion dollar company after the merger.
