i could confer with a criminal help and notice what type of recommendations you have. exchange into there some thing positioned into the hire approximately those products? in line with risk on account that they have been left via the different tenant and the owner did no longer take them out they now belong to you? if so you ought to easily sell the products and the human beings that purchase them are in charge for shifting them.

i don't belive so i think thats only true if you buying the space not renting because rented spaces are often used so it's a greater chance that someone would have died in a apartment with 50 tenet since it was made verse a house were you may have only had about 5 or maybe 10 owners in it since it was made

No, they don't have to tell the new tenants about anything that happened in the building. If you were buying, that would be a different story.

Not any more, the law was changed a while back. They still need to disclose if a crime had occured however.

It only has to be disclosed in a purchase, however, if you ask, they need to tell you.

With renting, I don't think that they do. But, in GA where I live, you have to be informed when selling or buying a house.

No, I am also renting and recently found out a lady had died, on my bedroom floor, by where my dresser is now...it doesn't bother me, and you shouldn't let it bother you!
