I am considering them as well. I guess to me the important this is the motivation behind getting it done. If you are doing it to make yourself feel better than go for it, if its for someone else that I would recomend not.

It depends if you are willing to maintain your implants and can afford to do so - you see breast augmentation is not just a drive through surgery. It's high maintenance. For example, the implants should be replaced around every 10 years in order to ensure better health, as even the best of the best implants can leak. Your implants don't last for life.

I would suggest you google the pro's and con's of breast augmentations, and consult a certified plastic surgeon before seriously venturing in a place you may not want to go once knowing all the facts. Good luck with whatever decision you make.

No I would not. I'm not a big fan of plastic surgery in general unless it's for some major deformity or some horrific disfiguring injury (or for breast implants - post-mastectomy). I always people say it improves self-esteem? What it actually does is make a woman a sex object. How exactly does that improve self-esteem - that makes you rely on men for it. Not a good idea. Not to mention all the potential side effects that can happen. My ex best friend had it done...lemme tell ya - she looked absolutely ridiculous with huge boobs on her petite 4'10 frame. And besides, I hear a lot of guys saying they don't like the actual feel of them. And then there's the fact that bigger boobs tend to get in the way...I find myself envious from time to time of those that have smaller breasts. Clothes surely fit them better (and no, I'm not about to get a reduction either...I've seen it done a few times and that procedure is just plain violent!).

I would not have implants. Why? I have a feeling that in 10-15 years they will be causing horrible problems for women. I have heard they are extremely painful and so many things can go wrong. Not worth the risk to me. I will continue being a member of the itty bitty titty club.

Yes I would, although I have not yet...I did the research a few years ago but my financial situation changed and it's not in the budget right now...I would need a lift in addition to the desired implants anyway, and that's additional scarring and money...

I'm 41 now but I still may do it eventually...I'm tired of 'em pointing south, and disappearing into my armpits when I lie down...LOL!

A lot of guys claim not to like them...so if you do it, do it for you...although I doubt there are many men who wouldn't date a woman solely because she had "store bought" breasts...

I do not know, I always wanted larger breast but have finally began to like my smaller ones, with all the risks I would really wait and research before doing a breast job.

Do your homework. Meet with a few doctors. Decide what is best for you. I am considering getting my wife some. Just little ones to firm them up.

I have small breasts, but I like 'em just fine. They don't get in the way much, and I don't have to have 'em replaced after a specific amount of time.

I wouldn't, at least. :)

Well I've never got any, but I've heard from numerious sources that they are extremly painful to put in and then a couple years later you have get them removed/replaced.
