I have a Royal Python,Corn Snake and a Common Boa,different books,web sites say different temps,can anyone tell me what temps they keep theirs at

All snakes are different. XYZ is correct and I would like to add.. NEVER use a heat rock in any reptile cage. They can cause serious burns to your animals. Use undertank heaters or heat lamps on top of the cages.

call your vet or the pet store.....they will give you the correct information.......my son had 3 different snakes and I can't remember what temps....but they were all different. also you can use different size heat rocks.the bigger the snake the bigger the rock. put the water on the other side of the cage and give cool water...my son, with one of them he had to put fresh distilled water in everyday,.....the other 2 he could wait for 2-4 days before changing the water.

I keep my ball python at about 80-85.

Royal - low 80s to low 90s
BCI - low 80s to high 80s
Corn - mid 70s to mid 80s

a heat rock r u mad ... no do not get a heat rock so meany peoples snakes get burnt... i keep my corn snakes tank about 85 and i dont have any probs.

i no the corn snake one cause i have one just get a heat mat

just get a heat mat for under the tank solves the problem but do get some advice from ur vet....

Just put a heat rock in their living spaces and they should be ok.

Depends on size of tank you have ! Or your lighting
