I just answered this at another question, but will tell you the same thing.
Ouija boards are VERY DANGEROUS! It can leave you open to receiving evil spirits. It happened to me and I had to have the spirit exorcised.
PLEASE!!! DO NOT PLAY WITH OUIJA BOARDS

ive heard weird stories though, but those are probably lies for attention. i think that the board was created to entertain and amaze people, make them believe something...basically a hoax.

no... i'm too scared to play it... plus i heard stories that i rather not talk about!!!!! but then again, it might all be fake and it's not; the board that's "evil" it's just the spirits that control it

That's how the story grows with the help of "experts" who repeat the myth that playing is dangerous.
