In all probability yes, now is a time that the two of you should be close to each other, if he cheats now, to me it would mean that the possiblity of cheating on you time after time is very high.
With you being pregnant, a normal husband would be 100 % loyal. If I even though of cheating on my wife, especially when she is expecting our child, I do not think that I could live with myself.

No. Whatever phase he was going through is likely to have passed. Guys cheat for a lot of reasons, like some women may cheat, but if they know what they want in life; they'll see the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.

Yes - he will continue if you do not get help for this. You two need to get into marriage counseling and find out what went wrong. Once you find out, you can either choose to work on your relationship or part ways. Either way - this will continue if you receive no help. (((((HUGS)))))

Oh yes!! The first time is the hardest. After that it gets easier and easier for the cheater to rationalize what he is doing is OK.

YES! Because if he couldnt stay faithful during a time when you two are supposed to be closer than ever, he wont ever stay faithful. Trust me, my ex misbehaved throughout my pregnancy and I ended up leaving him

I'd say so. I hope you leave him, trust and loyalty are very important factors in a marriage and disobeying them is a faulty ground for your little one.Good Luck!
