My worst moment was when Dale Earnhardt was killed.
My favorite was when Kasey Kahne won his first race.

My favorite moment was watching Bobby Allison and his son Davey race for the win,I think it was at Talladega or Daytona,which Bobby won.I always thought Davey might have let his dad have that one.
My worst moment is probably the same as the majority of people who answer here,the death of Dale Earnhardt Sr,although there have been several other bad moments,the death of Davey Allison looms very large as a worst moment and upon further reflection that would be my worst moment with Earnhardt's death a close second.But there are others.The deaths of Kenny Irwin-Adam petty-the crash a couple of years ago of the Hendricks plane and loss of all on board.I guess it's a worst moment any time a life is lost.

Favorite moment would be when Smoke won the Brickyard last year and then when Dale Jr won the Daytona 500 also when Sr won the Daytona.
Worst moment, when I heard Sr died. It broke my heart in half!

I know it sounds like a broken record..seems we ALL have something in common on this question.(except for the really RUDE AND HEARTLESS comments)
Favorite: when Earnhardt Sr. won Daytona and everyone lined up to congratulate him.
Worst: Earnhardt's last Daytona race, the day he died doing what he loved best. Also..all the other drivers we lost around that time..Petty and the others.

Favorite: Either When Dale Jr. won the 2004 Daytona 500 or when Stewart finally won the brickyard or when Dale Sr won it and all the pit crews and everybody lined up. I can't choose one.
Worst: When Dale Sr died.

worst.....of course when we lost Adam Petty, Tony Roper, Kenny Irwin, and Earnhardt Sr. in less than a year
favorite...when Earnhardt won the Daytona 500 in 1998, and all of the crews lined pit road.

Favorite-1998 Daytona 500, Sr finally won it.
Worst-2001 Daytona 500, Sr passed away. But at least he died doing what he loved.
