What are the tiny bumps on my armpit?

I have these tiny bumps located inside my armpit, and they sometimes hurt. I've heard that it has to do with your lympnodes becoming sore, or it could lead to breast cancer? Any ideas?

haha its not breast cancer. its razor bumps. try using Aveeno Therapeutic Shave Gel and a really good razor like.. Gillette or Noxzema. something with 4 or 5 blades.

However if the opinions of a complete stranger doesn't exactly turn the tables... you could consult your doctor, or your mom, regardless of how old you are.
