Ok first of all they are not in the same catergory Chris Brown is a R&B singer and Juelz Santana is a rapper so u cant ask who is better bc they dont do the same thing in the industry Chris Brown is one of the best up coming singer in our generation ad Juelz Santanna is a great rapper but not betta than Biggie!
