You set NEW goals and work towards them -- all your adult life you are setting goals, achieving them (or trying to) and experiencing life (which is learning too). So it is more than just a one time thing -- you need to set goals and work towards them all your life. Things like buying a house, keeping it maintained, paying the mortgage, getting a raise, learning new job skills, or going back to school for the degree or graduate education -- all life changes, all new goals, and all can be new achievements.

Success is usually defined by the society we live in and a person's perception of how they measure up. I define success as taking ownership of my life and being a good, kind, helpful and considerate person.
Personally I am an achievement junkie because I love achieving good results for my efforts such as cleaning a garage, helping my daughter set up a business, taking a ceramics class.....) I fill my time the best I can using my talents, energy and time...... other's can decide if I'm a success. I'm too busy LIVING and loving Life!
