Osho is outdated, New Gurus are:
1) Baba Ramdev: For Yoga and Pranayam
2) Sri Sri Ravishankar: For spiritual teachings
Osho taught love, meditation and laughter to reach spiritual enlightenment.He extracted philosophies of Buddha, Krishna, Jesus, Socrates, Zen masters, Hassidism, Sufism and many others.
He was often called the "sex guru". According to him, "For Tantra everything is holy, nothing is unholy", and all repressive sexual morality was self-defeating, since one could not transcend sex without experiencing it thoroughly and consciously.
His psychoyherapy was very effective, he was a great psychotherapist , but an ordinary philospher and Yoga teacher.

Osho is interesting--sort of an eastern zen Neitzsche. But I think it is flawed.
