I dont think you can use the gun on your belly button. If you are going to get pierced then get properly pierced with the needle. You will also need a round ring not a stud while it is healing to keep clean.

The gun causes a lot more damage that the needle. The needle way heals faster and hurts way less. The gun causes blunt force trauma to the tissue. Go to a very good piercer, and use great aftercare.

Never get pierced with a gun! Piercing guns are hard to sterilize while needles used by the piercers are only for YOU. The needles are disposable and are much more sterile.

A hook thing. A gun only works on a flat surface like your ears. It's going to be a hook bc they have to get to the other side to puncture your skin.

Get it pierced by a professional who uses sterilized needles. They use a needle that's approx 4 inches long. Do NOT go to someone who uses a gun.

when they pierced my belly button they used a long metal spike & drove it through, then followed the spike with the ring. i don't think they can use a gun.
