Yes it is a sin to hate your mother and if she said things to make you feel like a fool did you do something ridiculious that she put you into check for? You will end up realizing later why your mother did what she did for a reason. I am guessing that you did or said something that put you where you are at and it is your fault so you shouldn't hold it against your mom.

I seriously doubt you hate her and I am not trying to tell you how you feel. You are probably upset with her behavior and the restrictions that she places on you which you feel are unfair. Just try to communicate with her about it and let her know how you feel.
