pads because well i feel the reason we have a period is so blood can be excreted, and tampons don't allow that, they just soak it up. also it is made from bleached cotton which is bad for you and they can cause tss. also it may just be me, but i find them uncomfortable, and annoying. pads are just so comfortable, and yes they can feel annoying and like diapers at times, but its not a big deal.

tampons because it doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything. I could never position the pad right so it always felt like I was wearing a diaper.

I have to say tampons. They're more comfortable than those huge pads and no one can see them in public. Pads feel more like adult diapers!

It honestly just depends, i use pads normally just because, i'm not really sure why. But when i go swimming i wear tampons so it's just really which you like better

Both during the day. (Just in Case.) Pad only at night. you are not supposed to sleep with tampons. T.S.S!!!

I am the tampon queen!!!They are the best invention ever and if i knew they were going to stop making them id buy enuf to last me forever!!
Much better than wearing a nappy!!!;)

Tampons for me. I think they are easier to keep in place and less messy on the panties.
