Has anyone filed bankruptcy since October 2005 (under the new bankruptcy law) and would be willing to share their story?

I'm really sorry for all the rudness and the stupid answers you have received. Not only losers and immature people fall; honest people too. It's just circumstancial.
We are getting informed before we do anything else. So far, it looks like a long and difficult way to go so we're taking it one step at a time.

People who file banruptcy steal. Anyone who files should have to spend 7 years in debtors prison.
