Hey there....
Nobody is sure yet. But here are some theories I read in a million HP websites. (yup...I'm a big big fan.)
1.) They are assuming that JKR will be done with the book by this year end after which the editors and publishers will take over for a few months.
2.) Hopefully everything will be ready before Mid 2007.
3.) But 13 July 2007 is the release date for the Order of the Phoenix movie. Which means that the book may not be released around the same time.
4.) Some thought of July 7th as it is a Saturday and her books come out on a Saturday usually, but then, July 7 marks the day of the London bombings, so I wonder if her book will be released on that day.
5.) The assumption is that it will be around end July to mid August 2007.

wel its gonna b nxt yr.....nobody's actually sure abt da date.....rumors said dat it'll b 07/07/07 but jk's more involved with her kids so it mite b delayed a lil...but its gonna b 2007 4 sure.. n its gonna b da last buk as jk's got absolutely no plans of writin an 8th buk....so she'll take her time n try n make da 7th 1 perfect.....hopefully...cuz dat marks da end of da blockbuster series...!!!
