It is from shaving. Try waxing, you won't be disappointed The hair grows back very fine (roots are not developed) also it comes back slowly. You will only have to wax every 3-4 months. The hairs also grow back lighter. It is so worth it. The first time it will hurt a little, but each time you do it it hurts less because the hair roots aren't developed After a year or two, it hardly grows back at all!

Sometimes it's the soap you use, I had to change 4 times and then put on good lotion after. It worked for me.

Irritated hair follicles. Use more lotion...moisturizers...better shave gel...sharper razor...hotter water
