We can't marry yet for some reasons, but I would like to show her that I want to, and I would like to make our relationship a bit more serious. I know she would love it.

You can search in your area for any ordained minister (usually one outside of the church). Now a days they have a certificate (ceremony type thing) called an Affirmation of Love. It is not legally binding in a court of law (at least not in Ohio).
