Yeah, that is fine if you want to do it that early. I don't run, unless I'm chased or I am chasing my kids, but I have heard that early in the morning is the best time. Cool air, no smog, less traffic and it is probably more peaceful at that time. I have also heard, not to go running at night because of the cars that have been on the roads all day. When you go in the early morning hours, the air has been cleaned for a while and it will be a little more healthy for you to breath.

Yes. In fact its actually better for you.
Due to the fact that you have probably been asleep for a good 6/7 hours previously means that you are relaxed, and have been taking deeper breaths (as you do in your sleep).
This means that when you go for your run you get more Oxygen in your lungs instead of at the end of the day when you have been stressed, travelled to and from work etc.
If you can be disciplined enough to get out of bed and keeping doing it, good on you!

It sounds very healthy to be honest, I admire you for your fitness! As long as you don't overdo it you should be fine, only jog to your level of fitness and make sure you walk it off and stretch afterwards so your muscles don't seize.

I've heard it's not healthy to do any sport activities just before 4 hours has past from your waking up.

How far do you jog? Its a great thing that you do, and then you have so much more time when you get back and are energised from your run.
