Alchohol. If you can get your hands on some boric acid, mix one teaspoon with 1 pint of alcohol. But if not, rubbing alcohol is the best home remedy. Just five drops three times a day will do. Also, if you can get to the store Swim Ear is the best OTC product.

Be very careful with swimmers ear, it can get BAD quick. You really need to get some drops from the doctor for it rather then home remedy. There is stuff you can use so you dont get it which is a mixture of vinegar and water.

Slightly warmed Sweet Oil (Olive Oil) that is poured into the ear canal with the head tilted in the opposite direction. After about 3-4 mins or so, tilt your head so as to empty your ear of the oil. Should give instant relief. Hope that helps.

A drop or two of alcohol in the ear should dry up the moisture in there. You can buy drops specifically for that purpose in the drugstore. Just don't let it go on too long, because it can develop an infection if not cleared out.

my brother used to have a really crappy immune system and was always sick, he ended up getting overprescribed with medications so the stuff stopped working. So... my mom got really into natural medicine, and for ear infections i remember them doing soemthing with garlic. I cant remember exactly what they did so try googling it!
