I'm having trouble with my itunes transfering my songs that i have on my ipod but are not in my library. Is there a way i can work this out?

you can transfer you itunes from you system to your ipod through a data cable or better would be the usb connectivity by which you can tranfer files more faster

Search the internet for a 3rd party application to do this. I dont any off hand but there are some. iTunes does NOT provide this service
