Avocado-jack cheese-tomatoes-sprouts-mayo- hot sauce -on whole wheat bread.

my fav is a wrap with mayo prawns salad and crab with a bit of chili sauce

linaza bread, butter, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, tomato, lettauce, goat cheese, philadelphia cheese, turkey ham, turkey breast, warm. just delicious...............I would call it "feed yourself and be happy"
