there are MILLIONS of ways to overcome anger. (well not really millions but a lot of ways) so anyways, u culd always scream in a pillow or take anger management classes or see a therapist or kick a soccerball really hard (i suggest u do that in a BIG OPEN place like a park) or rip up paper or play football or run as fast as u can (i do that sometimes because when your tired u forget that ur angry) or breathe slowly until your relaxed.... there are other ways you can control your anger.... you could google it??

See if there is anything you can do to make the situation better. If not, realize that life is not fair. Look for anger management groups. Talking about it with others may help as they may give you what works for them. As long as you're doing your best to make this a better world, it's the best you can do.

When we are annoyed by other people and later we realize that it wasn't really such a big deal, usually, it is a reflection of our selves, thing we don't like about us. We all tend to be a little selfish at times, however, some more then others and a unconsciously we develop guilt and BAM !!! it hits us when we least expect it

Anger "fuels" the behavior of those who have anger control problems and are either anti-social or sociopaththic. Many feel that they donot have to behave according to cultural or social boundaries. They dance to their own tune and do what they think is right when in fact it's opposite of sociatal boundaries.

you can't. it's a natural feeling that you have. As long as you aren't getting out of control with your anger, you shouldn't be ashamed to be angry about something. If this leads to worse things, you know like punching walls or breaking things, that is when to see someone. Yelling and crying and getting stressed are all ways of dealing with it. it's fine.

When you get angry, I'm sure you get pumped up with alot of energy, right? Well then use that energy towards something positive. Like go home and workout......beat the crap out of those weights in your garage......or go for a good long run. Just do something that you will feel good about. Improve yourself!

See a therapist. By talking it out with a professional, you could learn to control this unpleasant aspect of your personality and not be condemed to repeat unhealthy patterns you have established in your life.

I can't help you cuz I'm in therapy for anger management. Just realize that what you would do for others doesn't mean they would do the same for you and you can't fault them for that.
