everytime i try to log into myspace it tells me that my account has been deleted, three of my friends also get the same message. and i also went to all my friends myspace urls and it says that their accounts have been deleted. what is going on?

You're account has not been deleted. Myspace has backup copies of everyone's accounts.
Look in the upper-right corner of the page and you'll see "Sign OUT". This means you are logged in or it wouldn't be there.
I copied this is a message off of their page "This profile is undergoing routine maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience!"
Be patient they'll have it up and running in no time.

I heard someone hacked into myspace and deleted all the accounts that were set up. Apparantly, MySpace has all the files saved and as soon as they figure out how to stop hackers they will restore everyone's account.

yeah myspace has been having some major problems, but I don't think your account is really deleted, it's just something screwy going on. They should have it up and running in no time. I hope anyways, I want to check my account too.

honestly, i just think they're having issues today. half my friends say they're "deleted" and I seriously doubt that they all just up & deleted themselves overnight. Don't worry about it, just check back ... maybe tomorrow. It's got to be a glitch.

Yeah when I goto my friends' sites it says that too.
Just wait and it will get fixed.
