go to finance.yahoo.com click on the stock screener
ask for stocks with beta's above 2 it will give you a list which should have the stock with the highest beta(see beta column)
NOTE HIGH beta is VERY HIGH risk(maybe high return)

Depends on how you calculate beta. Some companies do it with 90 days of daily history, others, with two years of weekly histrory, yet others, with five years of monthly history.
