Everything in moderation. You drive at sixty in a thirty limit where there are kids playing, its likely someone is going to want to kick your ***.
You drive slowly in a fast moving spot then your gonna get grief too.

Don't pick up the phone, drive however gets you the best gas mileage without impeding traffic or breaking the law, and use your turn signals. That's my way of thinking about it.
