Here is a stab at it because I've had somewhat similar issues. Of course, it all depends where you go. If you go to a dealer expect to pay a bunch more than if you go to an independent contractor:

I was quoted about 1000 to 2000 for a new rag top including labor. I was also told once that it would cost about 500 at one shop. Of course, prices vary so it's better to ask around.

Rear window I've been quoted at less than three hundred. My Kia needed a side window replaced, and I payed 175 (labor included in the quote) for replacement. I had a friend replace the back window of a mustant for about three hundred.

If prices are too high, there is always do it yourself unless you are not that confident with tools.

Hope this helps.

Just a guess: $1200.00 Its a luxury thing, You got to have it, or in the rain your head is going to get wet. Hay hears a good idea, lets put a rag top on cars! Now who came up with that!
Its like power windows, the cost to repair manual window cranks is around $100 but the cost to repair power windows could be 3 times that much. With me I just want the windows to go up and then down, I want the roof to not leak, and I don't want to replace it when it blows off. That's just me, and if you have to ask how much, then don't ask Just do it. Good luck. Dave

Many convertable tops are held in with simple snap-and-Velcro arrangements. If that's the case, you could buy a new top for around $300-500 (including the window) and put it in yourself with a few hours' work. I've done that myself.
