It seems that everything is shrinking down so that in not too long we will have a cell, mp3 player, camera, etc all in one…BUT, the only thing holding it back (in my view) from having a computer built in is those tiny screens and keyboards. What do you think is the future of this and how will the screen/keyboard issues be overcome?

Soon there will be direct connections to the nervous or muscular system so that "typing" will become a thing of the past. So that gets rid of the keyboard problem.

We have already seen this in computers that assist people using wheelchairs or with limited hand mobility - they "type" with eye movements or other tiny, tiny motions.

For screens, projection systems (which are also getting smaller - seen an LCD projector lately?) will be available onto glasses or through hand-held devices. So all you will need is a tiny projector and a wall or surface, or glasses surface.

Keyboards will be replaced with voice commands. Software already exists to where your computer will type what you talk into a headset. Another thought is some sort of glove with sensors where you can type in mid-air simulating key strokes, but I think that is less likely. As far as the screens, I'm thinking projection devices. I've already seen some alarm clocks that have a small rod moving back and forth quickly and an image appears seemingly in mid air, but what is really happening is there are lights on the wand that blink rapidly to produce an image as the wand moves back and forth. We're possibly a hundred years from fine tuning that technology into a useable graphic interface, but I see it coming.

There are already holographic keyboards.
Of course, voice recognition eliminates the need for human I/O too.

Look more for the integration of computers-web interface/telephone service/entertainment center.

When the world actually adds another 10% brain usage, we probably will find TV a waste of time, and holographic books will be the rave. ;)
