Well, in rock you definitely had Chris Cornell from Soundgarden. One of the best rock voices of all time. Dave Mathews was certainly unique. Celine Dion was huge during the 90s. Whitney Houston was starting to take off as well. So, yeah, some notable singers in the 90s.
