The best thing you can do if you don't know is ask someone in your group. If that's not possible then it's usually better to dress a little better... unless you're very overdressed (i.e. a business suit when everyone else is in jeans and t-shirts.)

Did someone invite you? Ask that person. If you simply decided as a group to meet, call one of the other women in the group and ask what they're planning to wear.

It depends where u go.. some places have dress codes.. but a nice top, some fitted jeans and or capris and sandals should be good...
