When you are at work and you are eating your lunch and your co-workers ask you waht are eating, can I have a bite, that smells good. Why don't they just let you eat in peace?

Because they are fukking greedy pigs that are broke and hungry and annoying. I'm not one to offer and people sense that so when they say, "That smells good!", I just smile and keep eating. If it's something a little unrecognizable like a foreign dish or they're far away and can't see what it is, I just say, "It's Food." They get the hint. I'm mean, lol. I don't think everyone was taught etiquette as a child anyway to leave people the hell alone while they're eating.

I wouldn't complain about that. That happens to me at school, and I'm sure it's worse in a school caffeteria. I bring a yogurt to school for lunch (that's it) and then my friend will be like, "Whoa, I don't have a lunch, you're lucky!" Then someone else will say, "Ooh, strawberry banana, that's my favorite kind, can I try some?" Then I'll start talking to someone else for one minute, and I look back, and the yogurt is gone! At least you get a bite of your lunch! That happens almost everyday!

Yeah, I hear ya. We got a poor guy here that only eats the instant soups the company buys. I can't see how he stays so fat. All he ever talks about is food too.

omg yes I hate that! i used to work with a girl who thought that everyone should give her a taste of their food, but she would always lick her fingers and stuff as she was eating so everyone started hiding from her at lunch lol

Yep, but it's human nature, and sometimes can be the start of a great, new friendship. Ignore them, and eat away if you don't like that part of people's makeup.

Are you working with 3 year olds?

I don't why people do that. Bring something really gross one day and let everyone try it. Maybe that will stop them.
