Okay. umm... i can hear the songs like for music videos and can hear the sound effects but i don't see anything except for the thing where it says:
Pirates of the Caribbean 2 - Trailer
Walt Disney Picures
Pirates of the Caribbean 2:Dead Man's Chest.
does this help?

Are you using OSX or Windows?

Yeah, I should have guessed you were using OSX because you don't have a right click. But you do have a right click it's Ctrl + Mouse Click, that will bring up the context menu.

As for the videos not working, I haven't got a clue. I'm assuming they have been formatted for the iPod. The only suggestion I have for you is to download the latest iPod updater and see if you need to update, if you don't then I recommend you restore the iPod, make sure everything you want is in your library before you perform this action and then restore your iPod. See if that works, no guarantees though.

The sad thing is, I'd have a one minute solution for you if you were using Windows (and it would work too).

Weird, that should have worked. It's strange, I did have this happen to my iPod but it turned out that my videos weren't in the correct format for it so all I had to do was recode them. I used Videora, http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ (which is Windows only and where my problem existed).

I wish I had the answer for you, assuming all formatting is correct I don't see why they aren't working unless there is a problem with your iPod (which I had hoped the update would fix). My next best suggestion is to walk into an Apple Store and talk to the people that work the Genius Bar. I wouldn't bother Apple Care with this one as help over the phone is hard and you probably won't get an answer anyway. Let me see if I can dig something else up, I'll let you know if I find anything.

what are the details? do they play, but no sound? do you hear sound, but see no video? it's possible that they may be in the incorrect format, and you can convert them on your iTunes by right-clicking the video(s).

well since you don't have right click you can go to 'Advanced' in the titlebar and click 'convert selection to AAC' (it should say something like that). if the video is an .mpg or MPEG-1 or MPEG-3 file, then it will not play on the iPod. iPods will only play .m4v, .mov, or .mp4 files.

hope this helps!!
