Are you breastfeeding? A drop or two of breastmilk in baby's eye several times a day works wonders. But if the infection is bad then you should see your pediatrician.

No that sounds like allergies or a summer cold. I have 4 kids and they, and I, have had pink eye before and ear tugging isn't one of the symptoms that we had. I wouldn't trust what anyone would tell you from here, and take your baby to the doctor. Also, I would never use home remedies for my babies. The only thing that I would use for pink eye is the antibiotic eye drops that are prescribed by the pediatrician and for the ear tugging, take them to the doctor to get looked at just in case its not a cold but an ear infection. I don't mess with the health of any part of my kids. But that is just me!

I know you are going to think this is the craziest thing you ever heard, but I swear it works. Wipe the baby's eyes with his own urine. That's right, take a wet diaper and wipe across the eyes. You can wash the baby's face right after. My gramma taught me that and I am a gramma now too and I have done it and it works.

My grandma used to wash our eyes with chamomile, boil some chamomile then let it sit until it cools down, pour it in a small plastic cup, like the cups you get with the cough syrup medicine, very small, then put it on his eye and tell him to open his eye, then with a wash cloth wipe the excess of liquid of his eye. do this once in the morning and once before he goes to sleep.
