It depends on your build. I'm a little shorter and weigh a little more and am not fat.

Wow, even from a woman's attitude, i think of you look great. you look such as you need to have a great variety of muscle with the aid of fact you have an quite shapely physique. And sure, muscle does weigh thrice extra suitable than fat. i could in basic terms advise appearing some cardio, perchance 20 minutes 3 or 4 cases each week, no longer purely to lose some weight, yet for the well being advantages. Measurements are a extra precise ... degree of your physique's state, no longer weight.

I'm 5'4 and weigh 140 pounds and the doctor never said I was fat. Although, I believe that I am a bit over the average weight. Which can be a problem if you don't exercise and eat a well balanced diet. I exercise 3x a week.

I personally don't feel that someone with that height and weight should be considered fat.
I would rather see someone with a little meat on their bones than someone who looks like they are going to die of hunger at any given moment. Protruding bones is not at all sexy.
As long as you eat healthy and exercise, I wouldn't worry about it.

That's right on the edge. The BMI for those measurements is 25.0. Over 25 is overweight.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. The way I figure it, as long as you weigh under 200 pounds you're still okay. At least that's what I keep telling myself.....

Medically. Yes. But in my opinion for a woman that is a good weight for that height.
