I promise you, that if you will not argue with your parents, say sir and ma'am to them, and do as you are told without attitude, your whole life will get better. Don't just take my word for it. Try it for a month and see what happens. I promise you will enjoy the results. Even if they tell you something that you know is wrong, DO NOT ARGUE, just do as they say, WITHOUT QUESTION, BACK TALK, GRUMBLING, OR COMPLAINING. Go above and beyond your normal goodness to please them. Do what you know to do without being told to (like make your bed, brush your teeth, put your things away where they belong, pick up after yourself). Your folks will be so pleasently surprised, you'll be able to whatever you want before too long.

Set down and tell them the truth. Ask what you can do to prove that you will be more responsible in the future. But taking away activities that are physical sports and skill type activities is not the right punishment. Offer to do extra chores... things your parents have no time to do. Then they might see your sorry more level headed and maybe more responsible than they gave you credit for. good luck:-)

write them a letter: tell them how much you love them, respect them, and understand their actions, appologies for your actions, and make a resolution to them concerning your future conduct.
and just hope for the best!!!
