If you are using XP then try doing the following things
1. Goto RUN and type msconfig
2. In the startup tab uncheck all weird looking exe's something like (ghynp.exe) that was just an example.
3. I am sure there will be loads of them, but be sure that you dont uncheck the OS ones.
4. You will have to reboot the system
5. Goto Add Remove programs and remove all the programs that you think that you do not need
6. Do a restart again
7. Then try unistalling nortan and install it again. Chances are the virus have corrupted your antivirus installation
8. Run your nortan once again and this time it should work, if it still doesnot then, call Norton and they will be able to help you.

Do what Norton told you to do. Uninstall Norton and reinstall it. Then get all the updates to Norton.

The number you show with the dots is a network address. I tried to find it on the Internet but it doesn't exist at the time I tried it. I don't think that is a problem.

You can get a free online virus scan for your computer from a very trusted site:

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

You state: after that,i click norton antivirus,
then the symantec starting to pop-up it says "scanning message 1of1" and theres a taskbar that poping-up too,and it always says " your e-mail message to blabla with the subject of blabla was unable to sent because..... blabla

The blah blah blah parts are the important parts of the message to find out what the problem is.

Try downloading AVG Anti-virus from Grisoft. Also get Ad-Aware from Lavasoft and Spy-bot Search and Destroy at cnet's downloads.com. Also consider Belarc Advisor, a informational program print out the info for the future. All are free downloads, you'll have to update them before you run them. Norton is not really good at detecting viruses for some reason. I've had problems with Norton and have gotten rid of it. Norton hogs system resources.

Norton sucks...The information have been corrupted. pass to courses, then the Norton uninstall application. Uninstall the Norton anti-virus application. Get out your Norton CD ROM and reinstall this methodology. Run yet another virus test and delete the offending application. I had to do this a a million/2 dozen cases with Norton. I no longer use their softare.

first try to installl an other anti-virus.if you don't want to spent more money to anti-virus try "avg free"(www.avg.com or www.grisoft.com).also try to instal an anti-spy ware because it may not be a virus but a spy ware, try "ad-aware personal anti-spy ware".you may think it's silly but if the problem continues to excist open command promt from start menu and write: chkdsk (the letter of your hard disk-usually C:)and then press enter.or if the problem excist you can press F8 when you start your computer and begin in safe mode and try to solve the problem or select system restore to restore your system to day in the past when it was working corectly.if nothing happens ask an expert or format your hard disk.!!!don't forget to unistal any anti virus if you want to install a new one!!!

firstly, if you are able to get on your computer, back up all your important files- burn them onto cd's/dvd's, load them onto an external hard drive- there are many options. Then, go ahead and reformat your computer's hard drive. If you have a backup cd, use that. If not, depending on your operating system (if its windows xp, etc) there will be other options for you to go an reformat (delete all old files and start your ocmputer fresh) your computer. Hope that helps.

Try installing a new antivirus, or if push comes to shove, ask a software technician.
