She lies, she cheated, she became so selfish. She has a short temper and its getting on me and the kids nerves. I have tried very hard to deal with her, but I have began to seriously consider a divorce.

It sounds like she is having some type of difficulty. Whether it is mental, psychological or physical, I don't know, but I do know that you need to get her help soon. Your family may self destruct and it usually results in a worse situation. There is something going on and you are responsible to make sure she gets the help she needs, even if she doesn't want to take the help. Good Luck

When you get married, it's supposed to be till death. However, if she cheated on you, you can divorce her. If she treats your children bad, and you don't think she will ever change, I personally would leave. Try a trial separation first. It might turn out that she will change. Talk to your children and let them know how you feel before you do anything. You have children and they will get the consequences of your decisions as well. I hope everything works out.

Have you tried counseling? It does work for some people, but she has to be willing. If that doesn't work seek a good lawyer. Divorce is hard, but it is worth it in the end if things at home are miserable.
